The short version: you keep your photographs, we provide a tool, and neither of us should be surprised by the other.
What the service is
You upload photographs and we generate new images from them using AI models. Results vary and are not guaranteed to be accepted by any marketplace — we build to each platform’s published rules, but the platform decides.
Your photographs stay yours
You keep every right you had in the photographs you upload, and you own the images we generate for you. You give us permission to process them only so we can produce your results.
What you may not upload
Photographs you have no right to use, anything illegal, and anything depicting a person who has not agreed to it.
Credits and payment
One credit is one generated picture. Failed generations are refunded automatically. Add-on credits do not expire; monthly allowances do not roll over.
Ending it
You can stop at any time. We can suspend an account that is being used against these terms.
